TNT hit New York Comic-Con 2015 this week with three of its hot fall shows. On Thursday, Sean Bean and executive producer Ken Biller screened the first episode of the completely reimagined spy thriller Legends. On Friday, Rebecca Romijn and the cast of The Librarians took the stage with executive producer Dean Devlin to talk about the second season of the blockbuster hit. And Jeff Hephner popped in to introduce and sneak peek of TNT's roller-coaster spy drama Agent X. Below are highlights from each of the events.
Agent X Sneak Peek, Introduced by Star Jeff Hephner
Jeff Hephner, star of TNT's new series Agent X came to New York Comic-Con to introduce a sneak peek of the exciting spy thriller. Set to premiere with two back-to-back episodes on Sunday, Nov. 8, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT), Agent X also stars Sharon Stone and Gerald McRaney. In introducing the clip, Hephner told the crowd, "I hope you think it's as badass as we do."
About Agent X
This fall, America will face off against threats both foreign and domestic with a secret weapon in TNT's Agent X, a spirited new action-drama starring Oscar(R) nominee and Emmy(R), Golden Globe(R) winner Sharon Stone (Casino), Jeff Hephner (Boss, Chicago Fire) and Gerald McRaney (House of Cards). Agent X is set to launch with a two-hour premiere Sunday, Nov. 8, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). TNT will make episodes available via TNT On Demand and the Watch TNT website and mobile apps the day after they air on the network.
In times of extreme crisis, when traditional law and government aren't in a position to help, there is an unseen hand that works to protect this country and its citizens from all manner of threats by any means necessary. Hidden from the view of the public and known only to a handful of people at the top echelons of power, this protector is John Case (Hephner), a special agent trained and ready to serve at the exclusive, careful discretion of the Vice President (Stone).
Also starring in Agent X are Jamey Sheridan (Arrow, Homeland) as FBI Director Stanton, John Shea (The Good Wife, Gossip Girl) as President Thomas Echkart and Mike Colter (Million Dollar Baby, The Good Wife) as Speaker of the House Miles Latham. In addition, James Earl Jones (The Hunt for Red October, The Lion King) guest stars in a recurring role as Supreme Court Chief Justice Caleb Thorne.
