Netflix today confirms that the Japanese comedy survival talk show Last One Standing is coming back for a second season starring with the popular and powerful Japanese comedy duo Chidori.
In the first season, comedians and talents engaged in talk battles to move on to the next stage starring in a thrilling drama with strong actors. The portion of the script was unscripted, and the cast was tasked with sharing their stories, in their own words. If their jokes don't land in the unscripted scenes, they're off the show - like Squid Game. Who will have the funniest story and will be the last comedian standing?
After its premiere, Last One Standing shot the Japan Daily Top10 and remarked Weekly Top10 for 4 weeks in Japan, making the fans laugh with the funny talk.
