LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- TNT will expand its original offerings to three nights a week this summer, a network spokesperson has confirmed to the site.
It all begins on Monday, June 8 at 9:00/8:00c with the fifth season premiere of "The Closer." The cable mainstay will lead into the second season launch of "Raising the Bar" at 10:00/9:00c.
On Tuesday, June 16 look for the debuts of "Wedding Day" at 8:00/7:00c and "HawthoRNe" at 9:00/8:00c. "Day" is a reality series in which "deserving couples from all over the United States will get a helping hand to ensure the most important day of their lives is also the most magical." The Jada Pinkett Smith-led "HawthoRNe" then is a billed as a "character-driven medical drama told from the nurses' point of view."
The newcomers will be anchored by the third season of "Saving Grace" at 10:00/9:00c.
And finally on Wednesday, July 15, keep an eye out for the return of "Leverage" at 9:00/8:00c followed by the series premiere of "Dark Blue." Dylan McDermott stars in the drama, about an "undercover team of police officers who are so covert, many of their own colleagues don't even know they are involved."
