'Keen Eddie' Migrates to Thursdays
By Brian Ford Sullivan (TFC)

CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) - Eddie Arlette is moving again: this time in the TV world from Tuesday to Thursday nights. "Keen Eddie" distributor Paramount Television announced over the weekend FOX will move the series to Thursday nights at 8:00/7:00c beginning July 24.

The news gives the freshman drama a second wind as FOX had originally planned to shelve the series after its July 29 airing in favor of "The O.C." Currently FOX still has seven episodes of "Keen Eddie" in the can. The series will replace current Thursday, 8:00/7:00c time slot holders "30 Seconds to Fame" and "Stupid Behavior Caught on Tape." The latter will shift to Mondays at 8:30/7:30c following "Anything for Love" for the time being. Meanwhile in "Eddie's" place on Tuesday, July 22, FOX has shifted its Monday edition of "Paradise Hotel" to the night.

To review, here's the latest schedule changes:

Monday, July 21:
8:00 - "Anything for Love" (Season Finale)
8:30 - "Stupid Behavior Caught on Tape" (Repeat)
9:00 - "Funniest Wedding Outtakes" (Repeat)

Tuesday, July 22:
8:00 - "American Juniors"
9:00 - "Paradise Hotel" (New Episode - Special Night)

Wednesday, July 23:
8:00 - "That '70s Show" (Repeat)
8:30 - "American Juniors"
9:00 - "Paradise Hotel"

Thursday, July 24:
8:00 - "Keen Eddie" (New Time Slot)
9:00 - "The Pulse"

The remainder of FOX's schedule (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) will continue as previously announced.

Note: Look for any additional updates on this story on Monday.
