CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX has canceled its freshman drama "Skin" after just three weeks on the air. The move comes on the heels of the show's disastrous performance last night where it snagged a paltry 1.8 rating/4 share among adults 18-49 and only 4 million viewers overall according to fast national data. The news was announced via press release this afternoon.
In its place, FOX plans to double-pump episodes of "Joe Millionaire" on Mondays at 8:00/7:00c and 9:00/8:00c starting next week with its two-hour finale now back on for November 24. On Thursdays, FOX will replace its weekly "Skin" replay with encores of "The O.C." To review, here's a breakdown of FOX's Monday and Thursday schedule for the remainder of November sweeps:
