LISTEN UP: CBS'S FRESHMEN COMEDIES GET PICKUPS

"Listen Up," Starring Jason Alexander and Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Picked Up For a Full Season

CBS Orders Two More Episodes of "Center of the Universe" and Six Additional Scripts

CBS has given a full season 22-episode pickup to freshman comedy LISTEN UP and has ordered two more episodes of CENTER OF THE UNVERSE as well as six additional scripts.

LISTEN UP, starring Jason Alexander, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Wendy Makkena, Daniella Monet and Will Rothhaar, is averaging 10.23 million viewers, 3.3/8 in adults 18-49 and 4.1/9 in adults 25-54. LISTEN UP matches its STILL STANDING lead-in among adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.

LISTEN UP is produced by Regency Television in association with CBS Productions. Jeff Martin and Lindy DeKoven are executive producers.

CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE, whose premiere was delayed until Oct. 27, and stars John Goodman, Jean Smart, Diedrich Bader, Ed Asner, Olympia Dukakis, Melinda McGraw and Spencer Breslin, is averaging 10.31 million viewers, 3.9/9 in adults 18-49 and 4.5/10 in adults 25-54. CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE is retaining +89% of its KING OF QUEENS adult 18-49 lead-in and +90% of its adult 25-54 lead-in.
