WHERE THERE'S A WILL THERE'S A WAR

CBS REVEALS THE IDENTITIES OF POTENTIAL HEIRS TO "THE WILL"

New Reality Series from Executive Producer Mike Fleiss ("The Bachelor") To Premiere With A Special 90-Minute Episode Saturday, Jan. 8 (8:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network

CBS today unveiled the identities of the potential heirs to THE WILL, a new reality series, which will premiere with a special 90-minute episode on Saturday, Jan. 8 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. THE WILL, who's creator and executive producer Mike Fleiss describes the series as "Reality TV Meets 'Dynasty,'" returns to its regular time period, Saturdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) beginning January 15.

In THE WILL, Bill Long, a wealthy 73-year-old land developer and rancher from Scottsdale, Arizona, puts his most beloved possession, a large ranch in Kansas, up for grabs. Bill's family and friends will compete in both physical and mental challenges to win rewards and stave off elimination. The last person standing will claim the title of most deserving heir and win the ranch.

Following are the 10 potential heirs:

The Wife: Penny Long
Age: 45
Hometown: Scottsdale, Ariz.
Penny is Bill's fourth wife and a former model who owns two successful clothing boutiques. Penny is incredibly ambitious and competitive.

The Son: Billy Long Jr
Age: 18
Hometown: Scottsdale, Ariz.
Billy is Bill Sr.'s only biological son. Billy feels he's entitled more than anyone else to the ranch because he spent several summers working on it. However, some family members think Billy is spoiled and doesn't deserve anything.

The Mother-In-Law: Bette Miller
Age: 73
Hometown: Phoenix
Penny's mother, Bette, is a former showgirl turned mortgage loan officer. Her relationship with Penny can be stormy at times.

The Stepson: Ashley Mutrix
Age: 24
Hometown: Phoenix
Penny's son, Ashley, is a former child actor who played Blake Carrington's grandson on "Dynasty." This wild child is more concerned with his hair than he is with herding cattle.

The Brother-In-Law: Scott Miller
Age: 34
Hometown: Phoenix, Ariz.
Penny's brother, Scott, is a former bouncer who spends his days managing Bill's condos. This gentle giant is tired of being the nice guy.

The Surrogate Son: Josh Magee
Age: 20
Hometown: Phoenix
Bill Sr. rescued Josh, Billy Jr.'s best friend, from a troubled family, but a falling out several years ago has left Josh on the outs with the family. This is his chance to get back in their good graces.

Bill's Lifelong Friend: Mickey Nelson
Age: 60
Hometown: Marietta, Okla.
Bill's oldest friend and rodeo coach is a 60-year-old former calf-roping and wrestling champion and is a true-blue cowboy.

The Ex-Girlfriend: Kristin Holinsworth
Age: 23
Hometown: Phoenix
This Hawaiian Tropic model works at Penny's clothing store and is also stepson Ashley's ex-girlfriend.

The Trusted Employee: Danielle Pino
Age: 23
Hometown: Phoenix
Danielle is Bill and Penny's favorite employee. This Latin diva is Penny's protg and an aspiring fashion designer.

The Close Family Friend: Crystal Salas
Age: 20
Hometown: Phoenix
Crystal is like a surrogate daughter to Bill. An aspiring model/actress, Crystal is not afraid to use her good looks to win over the competition.

THE WILL is produced by Next Entertainment, in association with Telepictures Productions. Mike Fleiss will serve as executive producer.
