IDENTITIES OF THE SEVEN SECRET PAIRS COMPETING IN "BIG BROTHER 6" REVEALED LAST NIGHT

EACH PAIR BELIEVES THEY ARE THE ONLY PAIR IN THE HOUSE

First Pair Broken-Up Last Night With The Eviction Of Ashlea Evans

The secret is out on the identities of the seven pairs competing in the "Summer of Secrets" on BIG BROTHER 6. Host Julie Chen announced the secret duos last night to viewers during the first live eviction show where Ashlea Evans was evicted, breaking up her alliance with Janelle Pierzina and spoiling their chance at one million dollars.

As part of the twist that will play out during the summer broadcasts, each of the 14 houseguests who entered the house believes that they are the only one playing the game with a secret partner. The houseguests, who are playing with someone they know from the outside world including friends, co-workers and significant others, will have to figure out who the pairs are on their own.

Each twosome knows that if they can keep their pairing intact and end up being the last two people in the house, the winner will collect $1,000,000, the biggest cash prize in Big Brother history, with the second place finisher winning $250,000. If a twosome does not make it to the final two, the winner will win $500,000.

"Big Brother" follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with dozens of cameras and microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day. One by one, the houseguests vote each other out of the house. At the end of three months, the last remaining houseguest will receive the grand prize.

BIG BROTHER 6 is broadcast each week on Tuesdays (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), Thursdays (8:00-9:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) and Saturdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). The Thursday broadcast, hosted by Julie Chen, will feature the live eviction of one of the houseguests.
