�COMMANDER IN CHIEF,� THE MOST WATCHED NEW SERIES ON NETWORK TV, IS THE NEXT HIT ABC SERIES AVAILABLE ON THE iTUNES MUSIC STORE

Just in time for the holidays, �Commander In Chief,� the most watched new series on network television that stars Academy Award-winning actress Geena Davis as the first female President of the United States, is the newest ABC hit series available for purchase for $1.99 per episode on the iTunes Music Store (www.itunes.com), it was announced today.

�Commander In Chief,� which is produced by Touchstone Television in association with Steven Bochco Productions, joins such other Disney-ABC Television Group programming as �Desperate Housewives,� �Lost,� �That�s So Raven� and �The Suite Life of Zack and Cody� currently available for purchase on the iTunes Music Store. New episodes of the ABC series will be available the day after they are broadcast on the network, while all previous episodes already broadcast this season are available for purchase beginning today, Tuesday, December 20.

Delivering the most-watched Tuesday drama debut on any network in the last five years, �Commander In Chief� has remained a strong performer for ABC in one of the most competitive time periods on television. On average �Commander In Chief� ranks No. 1 in its hour among Total Viewers (14.7 million) and is also the most-watched new TV show this season, ranking among the Top 20 television series overall (No. 16). The freshman drama has improved the time period for ABC by 4.4 million viewers and by 13% among Adult 25-54 over the same point a year ago. It continuously generates strong tune-in for ABC during the 9 o�clock hour on Tuesday night, on average jumping from its lead-in by 7.1 million viewers (14.7 million vs. 7.6 million) and by 43% in Adults 18-49 (4.0/10 vs. 2.8/7). From beginning to end, the drama grows its audience by 1.0 million viewers (14.2 million to 15.2 million) and by 8% among Adults 18-49 (3.8/9 to 4.1/10). �Commander In Chief� also delivers a very desirable �upscale,� high income, audience, the highest audience concentration of any new program among Adults 18-49 in homes with $100K+ annual income (Index of 135). The ABC drama also claims the highest median income of any new series this season.

�Commander In Chief� stars Geena Davis as Mackenzie Allen, Donald Sutherland as Nathan Templeton, Harry Lennix as Jim Gardner, Kyle Secor as Rod Allen, Ever Carradine as Kelly Ludlow, Caitlin Wachs as Rebecca Allen, Matt Lanter as Horace Allen, Jasmine Anthony as Amy Allen and Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Dickie McQueen. The series was created by Rod Lurie. Steven Bochco, Dee Johnson, Rod Lurie and Marc Frydman serve as executive producers. It�s produced by Touchstone Television in association with Steven Bochco Productions.
