New Key Sales Metric Derived from Malcolm Gladwell's "The Tipping Point"

This new Experian Simmons metric comes from Malcolm Gladwell's acclaimed book The Tipping Point, How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference, which profiles four tipping point groups that wield the most influence in the marketplace.
