FOX ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LAUNCHES NEW SALES UNIT FOX ONE

Team to Develop and Activate Strategic Integrated Marketing Solutions Crossing Full Range of News Corp. Assets and Media Platforms

FOX Veteran Jean Rossi Named President, Claudine Lilien Named Senior Vice President

Fox Entertainment Group announced today the formation of FOX ONE, a new Sales unit charged with developing and implementing strategic integrated marketing opportunities crossing the full range of News Corp.s global assets and a variety of media platforms. The team will work with individual Sales units at News Corp. divisions to deliver company-wide marketing solutions. The creation of FOX ONE formalizes the efforts already spearheaded by Jean Rossi, President of FOX ONE. Joining the new unit are Claudine Lilien as Senior Vice President, and FOX Sales veterans Annie Hekker and Jessica Siff as Vice Presidents.

As a global leader in the production and distribution of entertainment, sports and news, News Corp. represents both industry-best content and platforms, said Peter Chernin, President and Chief Operating Officer of News Corp. FOX ONE is in an unparalleled position to harness the power and reach of News Corp. assets to strengthen advertisers messaging and enable them to communicate to and engage customers wherever they are.

Added Rossi: Our collaboration with News Corp. properties and activities enables FOX ONE to customize comprehensive, integrated marketing programs in which clients can associate with our content across a wide range of platforms, including broadcast, film, cable, online, telephony, print and emerging technologies.

In her new role, Rossi and her unit are responsible for cultivating marketing partnerships and developing customized, multiplatform campaigns that integrate any and all FOX/News Corp. assets.

In addition to heading up FOX ONE, Rossi serves as Executive Vice President of Sales for Fox Broadcasting Company, a position she has held since June 1996, and is responsible for overseeing entertainment sales. In 2003, she was named President of Fox Entertainment Group Integrated Sales, now replaced with FOX ONE. Having directed the groundbreaking promotional campaigns and sponsorships for FOX hits AMERICAN IDOL and 24, among others, Rossi has been at the forefront of integrated marketing for many years.

Rossi joined the FOX Sales Department as Account Executive in March 1987 and was promoted to Director, Eastern Sales in October 1987. She was elevated to Vice President, National Sales in March 1990. In November 1993, she assumed additional responsibility for prime-time sales and for overseeing FOXs regional sales operations, and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales in July 1994.

Prior to joining FOX, Rossi held senior positions at various advertising agencies, including BBDO and Young & Rubicam. She holds a B.S. degree in Communication Arts from St. Johns University.

Lilien joins FOX ONE as Senior Vice President after a stint at The CW as Vice President of Sales. She was brought over to The CW from The WB, where she served most recently as Vice President, Eastern & Western Sales since September 2003, and before that as Vice President, Western Sales since October 2001. Prior to working at The WB, Lilien was part of the FOX family. She started at Fox Broadcasting Company as a Sales Assistant in June 1993, and was promoted to Account Service Representative in April 1994 and then to Account Executive in December 1995, working first in New York and later in Los Angeles.

Lilien started her career as a Network Specialist/National Buyer at Young & Rubicam in 1990, after graduating with a B.A. degree in History from Lafayette College.
