COMEDY CENTRAL RECORDS RELEASES "JOE ROGAN: SHINY HAPPY JIHAD" CD HITTING STORES ON TUESDAY, APRIL 10

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NEW YORK, March 26, 2007 -- Joe Rogan has a lot to say and he's not going to sugarcoat anything. From his frustration on why we will never have legalized pot and jet packs to his unorthodox ideas for peace in the Middle East, Rogan's honest, inquisitive and opinionated comedic style challenges the status quo. Released via COMEDY CENTRAL Records, "Joe Rogan: Shiny Happy Jihad" CD arrives in stores nationwide on Tuesday, April 10 and will also be available at www.shop.comedycentral.com.

Recorded live in September 2006 at the Cobbs Comedy Club in San Francisco, "Shiny Happy Jihad" features the following: Rogan's intriguing theory that dumb people out-breeding smart people explains the pyramids; his views on suicide bombers; debunking the story of Noah's ark; and an appreciation for the vastness of space.

After much prodding from his friends, Rogan tried his hand as a stand-up at an open mic night and was hooked immediately. With more than 15 years of stand-up comedy under his belt, Rogan established himself as a national headliner, a regular guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," and a favorite performer at the prestigious U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and The Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal.

Rogan charmed viewers as Joe Garrelli, the resident electrician at WNYX Radio on the hit NBC comedy series "NewsRadio." He was also the host of the hugely successful NBC reality show, "Fear Factor," for six seasons. Since 2002, Rogan has provided color commentary for the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) on Pay-Per-View and Spike TV. He is the host of the new Spike TV show, "Inside The UFC," a weekly magazine-style series featuring the latest from the world of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Rogan will host "UFC Wired," a weekly, syndicated, hour program for the 2007-2008 season.
