CBS SPORTS KICKS OFF 2007 NFL PRESEASON SCHEDULE
Buffalo Bills at New Orleans Saints Begins THE NFL ON CBS Preseason Schedule Live in Prime Time on August 10
San Diego Chargers vs. St. Louis Rams on August 18; and New England Patriots against Carolina Panthers on August 24 Also Featured on CBS Television Network
The CBS Television Network begins its 48th year broadcasting the NFL with three preseason games during the 2007 season.
The preseason schedule for THE NFL ON CBS begins on Friday, Aug. 10 (8:00 PM, ET) when the Buffalo Bills take on the New Orleans Saints live in prime time on the CBS Television Network.
THE NFL ON CBS will broadcast its second preseason game, the San Diego Chargers against the St. Louis Rams, live in prime time on Saturday, Aug. 18 (8:00 PM, ET) and the Network's final preseason game will pit the New England Patriots against the Carolina Panthers live in prime time on Friday, Aug. 24 (8:00 PM, ET).

CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR presents CBS SPORTSLINE'S FANTASY FOOTBALL 2007 preview show on Sunday, Aug. 12 (1:00-2:00 PM, ET). The show, hosted by CBS Sports' Gus Johnson, features expert analysis from NFL ON CBS analysts Randy Cross and Steve Beuerlein, as well as CBS SportsLine Senior Fantasy Writer, Dave Richard.
The show takes an in-depth look at overall player rankings, presents extensive breakdowns of each individual position and features a segment on players who could potentially have break-out seasons, as well as those who could be "busts." Several "Hot Topics" will be discussed including the top running back tandems in the league and second season quarterbacks who can be viable starters. In addition, selected fans' fantasy football questions posted on SportsLine will be answered.
