Network Licenses 10 All-New Episodes And Acquires 10 All-Time Classic Episodes

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NEW YORK, September 28, 2007 -- COMEDY CENTRAL has reached an agreement with BLUEPRINT ENTERTAINMENT and BREAKTHROUGH FILMS & TELEVISION to license 10 new episodes of the reality/comedy series "Kenny vs. Spenny," it was announced today by Lauren Corrao, executive vice president original programming and development, COMEDY CENTRAL. As part of the deal, COMEDY CENTRAL will also acquire 10 existing episodes from the "Kenny vs. Spenny" library. The series is set to premiere on COMEDY CENTRAL on November 14.

"'Kenny vs. Spenny' is a show that everyone can directly relate to. Who among us hasn't challenged someone to a staring contest or dared a friend to wear a dead octopus on their head longer than you can?" said Corrao. "Viewers in Canada have really taken to the on-going rivalry between Kenny and Spenny, taking sides and rooting for their favorite. When Matt Stone and Trey Parker wanted to be involved in bringing the show to COMEDY CENTRAL, it was a collaboration we couldn't resist."

"South Park" creators Stone and Parker explained, "When we first saw 'Kenny vs. Spenny,' we thought it was really funny. And the fact that they are Canadian somehow makes it even funnier. Truthfully, the show isn't just funny, it's the most accurate examination of male friendships that we've ever seen."

"Thank God for COMEDY CENTRAL. We were about to sign a deal with Al Jazeera," said Kenny Hotz.

"Kenny vs. Spenny" is a reality/comedy series that pits childhood friends against each other in ridiculous competitions. The winner achieves short-term glory and bragging rights, while the loser is forced to perform a humiliating stunt of the winner's choosing. Some of the challenges include; "Who Can Stay Naked the Longest?," "Who Can Sell More Bibles?," "Who Can Last the Longest Without Arms?" and "Who Do Gay Guys Like More?"

The new episodes will be produced by BLUEPRINT ENTERTAINMENT and BREAKTHROUGH FILMS & TELEVISION in association with Shocase in Canada. Hotz, Rice, Stone and Parker executive produce with John Morayniss, Noreen Halpern, Peter Williamson, Ira Levy and Abby Finer.
