"Ghost Whisperer: The Other Side" (www.cbs.com/ghost) Awarded Best TV Drama Webisode

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 28 - CBS Interactive's original Web-based series "CLARK AND MICHAEL" and "GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE" secured wins in three top categories of TV Guide's Inaugural Online Video Awards honoring the best professional video programming for the Web.

"CLARK AND MICHAEL," the critically acclaimed and fan-favorite series starring Michael Cera ("Superbad," "Arrested Development") and Clark Duke ("Greek") was awarded Best Original Web Comedy Series and Funniest Duo. Launched in May 2007, the ten-part mockumentary series, which follows two best friends determined to be successful Hollywood writers and producers, has become CBS Interactive's most streamed original Web series.

"GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE," a companion series to CBS's GHOST WHISPERER, was awarded Best TV Drama Webisode. The original Web series explores the world as seen through the eyes of an earthbound spirit, Zach. "GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE," which launched in March 2007, created a multi-platform connection between TV and the Internet with Zach appearing in the first part of the second season finale of GHOST WHISPERER following the stream of the final webisode. The Web series was produced by SLAM INTERNET, INC.

According to TV Guide, winners of the Online Video Awards were chosen by fans on TV Guide.com, with over 1.75 million votes cast, and by TV Guide editors.
