Character Arcade and Rich Media Applications Contribute to Site's Popularity

NEW YORK, NEW YORK � April 10, 2008 � USA Network's official website, usanetwork.com, boasted record traffic across all site metrics in 1Q08, with double and triple digit growth year-over-year in uniques, page views, visitors and video streams. The announcement was made today by Chris McCumber, USA' executive vice president, marketing, brand strategy and digital.

The performance included:

� Record average of 2.0 million uniques, 48.9 million page views, 3.1 million visits and 6.5 million video streams in 1Q08 with double and triple digit increases year to year.

� Record engagement as each user spent an average of 29 minutes on the site reading over 16 pages per visit in 1Q08.

Additionally in its first full quarter, Character Arcade, USA's new gaming site, delivered 37.6 million total page views � the second most popular section of USANetwork.com. It experienced steady growth in page views in each passing month, starting with 718K in November 2007 and building to a peak of 15.8 million in March 2008 (up +11% month to month and a new record). The number of registered users at the Character Arcade is 211,000.
