Series Follows Hollywood's Top Agents As They Navigate The Cutthroat World Of High-End Real Estate
NEW YORK, NY June 24, 2008 Bravo gives viewers an inside look at the top agents in Los Angeles's tough real estate market, who despite the softened market, stop at nothing to close seven figure deals on the second season of "Million Dollar Listing." The six-episode, one-hour docu-series, which looks at the high-stakes, cutthroat world of real estate, premieres on Bravo on Tuesday, August 5 at 11 p.m. ET/PT immediately following the finale of Flipping Out. The series moves to its regular time period on Tuesday, August 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
"Million Dollar Listing follows the lives of Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers, three of Los Angeles' hottest, young and aggressive realtors in the making as they make a fortune selling multi-million dollar properties in the most exclusive neighborhoods Hollywood, Malibu and Beverly Hills. The series follows some of the area's top agents over the course of nine months as their paths cross and they compete and expose what it takes to move the multi-million dollar listings in the City of Angels.
Meet the agents:
Josh Flagg began working in high-end residential real estate immediately after graduating from Beverly Hills High school in 2004. He chose real estate over his family business of developing shopping centers, and within the first four years of his career, Flagg participated in four record sales. Known for pampering his clientele, Flagg will send chauffeured cars to his clients homes and send them up in helicopters to view properties. He even once wrapped an entire house in a big red bow before delivering the keys to the new owners. Active in the community, Flagg is on the board of the Friends of Greystone, a non-profit organization that donates time and money to the restoration of Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills. He is currently finishing up a book, which he hopes to use as a tool to raise money for charity. Having visited more than 50 countries, traveling the world is Flaggs other passion.
Madison Hildebrand is one of Malibus most sought after celebrity real estate agents and has been proclaimed the 'King of Malibu.' Over the past three years, Hildebrand has sold over $80 million dollars in celebrity real estate and has been recognized in the top two percent of agents in the Coldwell Banker International Family. He joined the companys Mailbu West office in January 2006. After graduating from high school, Hildebrand moved to Malibu to attend Pepperdine University. While in school, Hildebrand bought his first property in Malibu and lived there throughout college. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising, he began pursuing his real estate license and earned a mentorship with one of the top-producing agents in the nation. He sold his first home for $2.8 million dollars to a big-name celebrity. Hildebrand is the author of "Activate YOUR Passion, Create YOUR Career," which ignites readers to find their passion and succeed in the world of business. His interests also include surfing, snowboarding, and community outreach as Vice President of Malibus Green Machine Project.
Chad Rogers, a native of Southern California, is a prominent real estate agent in Hollywood. Rogers received his real estate license at the age of 18, before graduating from the University of Denver with a degree in Business and a minor in Finance. Chad works for the prestigious Hilton & Hyland (an exclusive affiliate of Christies Great Estates), which is one of the preeminent residential and commercial Real Estate brokerages in Los Angeles exclusive luxury market. The firm was founded by Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland, two of the most successful executives in the Beverly Hills real estate community. The firm specializes in the communities of Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Westwood, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and West Hollywood. Some of Rogers celebrity clients include Paris Hilton, Nick Lachey, Jamie-Lynn Sigler Minnie Driver and Coach Larry Brown. He represents the majority of houses in the Malibu Colony, the c, as well as rentals starting from $100,000 to $140,000.
"Million Dollar Listing" is produced by World of Wonder for Bravo. Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato serve as executive producers.
