AMC MOST EMMY-NOMINATED BASIC CABLE NETWORK WITH 20 TOTAL NOMINATIONS

New York, New York � September 13, 2008 � The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced today the 2008 Creative Arts EMMY Awards, recognizing AMC with five Awards � the most for any basic cable network. AMC's first original drama MAD MEN, which garnered the most EMMY nominations for an original drama series, received four Creative Arts EMMY Awards. The network's critically-acclaimed series BREAKING BAD received one Award.
