FAMILY COURT WITH JUDGE PENNY ON A ROLL WITH NEW CLEARANCES AND UPGRADES
LOS ANGELES, CA � October 20, 2008 � Due to its fast start in overnight markets, Family Court with Judge Penny has announced several new market clearances and time-period upgrades since its September 8, 2008 debut. The freshman court series from Program Partners and 44 Blue Productions has added Minneapolis (KSTC/IND), Miami (WBFS/MNT), Nashville (WNAB/CW), Salt Lake City (KCSG/MNT), San Antonio (KCWX/CW), and Louisville (WBKI/CW).
"Family Court with Judge Penny is the only new series in 2008-09 that has shown growth over Week One and maintained both its lead-in and year-ago time period average among Women 25-54," said Ritch Colbert of Program Partners. "It is clearly off to a fast start, and stations are definitely paying attention."

In addition, the show has received double-run upgrades in Milwaukee (WMLW/IND) and in Ft. Myers (WFTX/FOX), where it will air from 1:00-2:00pm in both markets. A secondary run of the new court show has been added in Birmingham (WIAT/CBS).
