SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 5 -- MTV brings the circus back to the network -- only this time it's on a new night. Premiering Thursday, August 27th at 9pm ET/PT, MTV launches a new line-up of fan favorites, and an all-new show that combines online media with television commentary. Moving from the Sunday night block that aired earlier this year, the new Thursday night destination for action sports and humor will captivate viewers' desires for outrageous stunts, hilarious pranks, retaliation, and competitive sports. 'See You Thursday' programming includes: "Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory" at 9:00pm ET/PT, "Bully Beatdown" at 9:30pm ET/PT, "Nitro Circus" at 10:00pm ET/PT and "Pranked" at 10:30pm ET/PT.

The Thursday night line-up includes:

ROB DYRDEK'S FANTASY FACTORY - 9:00PM ET/PT

In season two of the show where fantasies come alive inside, the adventures are bigger and the action is wilder. Skateboarding legend Rob Dyrdek and his crew are back at the Fantasy Factory, a 25,000 square foot warehouse in downtown Los Angeles that houses Rob's business empire, Dyrdek Enterprises. The Fantasy Factory is the first indoor concrete skate plaza -- where anything Rob can imagine becomes reality. Along with Rob are familiar faces from last season: Drama, his cousin; Jeremy, his nay-saying manager; Chanel, the tiny, blond, rapping receptionist; and Big Cat, Rob's awkward skate tech. This season, the ridiculousness reaches new levels as Rob purchases and then jockeys his own racehorse, teams up with musician John Mayer to write an apology song for Rob's Mom, and triumphantly returns to the stage as Bobby Light alongside Travis Barker at a Blink-182 show.

Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory is executive produced by Jeff Tremaine, Rob Dyrdek, Ruben Fleischer, and Shane Nickerson. Tony DiSanto, Liz Gateley, Chris Linn, Lauren Dolgen and Michelle Klepper are the MTV executives in charge of production.

BULLY BEATDOWN - 9:30PM ET/PT

Pro MMA fighter Jason "Mayhem" Miller is back for season two of Bully Beatdown, where bullies and their victims are brought together for the ultimate showdown. Bullies are put up against MMA fighters, as their victims stand cage-side with Mayhem in the Bully Beatdown Warehouse, waiting to see if their bully can withstand a real MMA fight. Mayhem works to ensure the victim and the bully get what they deserve. The bully is put up against what usually is a representation of himself -- a stronger, intimidating person -- and they're challenged to withstand two rounds of fighting: grappling and submission, and kickboxing. The victim is given the chance to watch their bully in a situation all too familiar -- being the smaller, less powerful person who gets beat. With $10,000 of prize money on the table, the bully looses money each time they tap-out of the first round or if they can't make it through the kickboxing challenge. The victim can find additional satisfaction over and above watching their bullying in the cage, as all money lost by the bully is given to the victim.

Bully Beatdown is executive produced by Mark Burnett, Eric Van Wagenen and James Rowley. Karen Frank and Morgan Selzer are the MTV executives in charge of production.

NITRO CIRCUS - 10:00PM ET/PT

The second season of Nitro Circus continues to center around one of the world's greatest freestyle motocross riders -- Travis Pastrana. He and his crew of top action-sport athlete buddies, including childhood friend and professional mountain biker Jim DeChamp, charismatic loud-mouth nemesis Andy Bell, skier/base jumper Erik Roner, professional female motocross racer Jolene Van Vugt, and husky and hysterical former sheet-rocker Streetbike Tommy, once again travel around the world setting up outrageous stunts and pushing the human body to the limit. Adding to the madness is newcomer Special Greg, Travis' cousin, who is always the first in line to attempt the impossible. Whether acting as human cannonballs, walking without a parachute on the wings of a plane thousands of feet above the surface of the earth, or racing at speeds some car speedometers can't even read, Travis and his crew provide viewers with adrenaline-fueled action each episode.

Nitro Circus is executive produced by Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville of Dickhouse Productions, Jeremy Rawle and Gregg Godfrey of Godfrey Entertainment, Travis Pastrana and Trip Taylor. Tony DiSanto, Liz Gateley, Chris Linn, Lauren Dolgen and Michelle Klepper are the MTV executives in charge of production.

PRANKED - 10:30PM ET/PT

The new show for the Thursday night block is Pranked, a 30-minute program that showcases the best pranks ever caught on camera and posted online. Known for their seven part Prank War, which has received over 5 million views online, hosts, College Humor.com's Streeter Seidell & Amir Blumenfeld, provide commentary during each episode. The internet celebrities bring their humor to television as viewers watch homemade pranks that are engineered, executed and filmed by kids and normal everyday people, with no help from producers, professional editors or cameramen. When it comes to silly humor, MTV curates the best online pranks and couples it with the best comedic commentary.

Pranked is executive produced by Cheri Brownlee and John Johnston of Cheri Sundae Productions. Tim Healy and David George are the MTV executives in charge of production.

Fans wanting more can visit http://www.mtv.com for full episodes, and exclusive online content, including deleted scenes from Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, helmet cam footage from Nitro Circus and blog posts by Jolene, "Slo Mo Moment of the Week" and "John McCarthy breaks down the Fight" from Bully Beatdown, and exclusive online pranks from the new show Pranked.

Fans can bring home MTV's "GUY BLOCK" with the first seasons of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory and Nitro Circus on DVD this September. Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory: Season One is available everywhere on Tuesday, September 1st. This 2-disc DVD set includes all 10 episodes, along with "The Best of & Behind-the-Scenes," and "Factory Clips" Specials, Deleted Scenes, Exclusive Audio Commentary from Rob, Drama, the Executive Producers and more. On Tuesday September 8th, Nitro Circus: Season One explodes onto a 2-disc DVD set. Along with all 12 adrenaline-pumping episodes, fans of the Nitro crew will also get over two and half hours of Special Features including more than 25 minutes of Never-Before-Seen Bonus Stunts, Specials, Bonus Footage from jackassworld.com and more.
