"HOUSE" iPHONE APP LAUNCHES TODAY

"INHOUSE" TO FEATURE EXCLUSIVE CONTENT AND WEEKLY ORIGINAL "APPISODES"

All-New "Nurse Jeffrey" Appisodes Available All Summer Beginning Monday, May 24

iPhone users will be able to delve deeper inside the world of Dr. Gregory House and Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital with INHOUSE, the new app for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad devices, featuring exclusive video and photo content from the hit series HOUSE, available today on the App storeSM. All-new features will be posted each Monday at 8/7c ET/PT through the end of the season, and all-new appisodes launch Monday, May 24, giving fans their weekly dose of HOUSE all summer long. The app will be offered free of charge and is currently available in the U.S. only, with plans to go worldwide.

"A lot of hard work goes into the making of each HOUSE episode but there's a lot of fun happening too," said HOUSE executive producer Katie Jacobs. "We wanted to create an opportunity for fans to be a part of the inner workings of the production of each episode. Providing this content in the form of an app just seems like a cool, new way to share that information, and to heighten the fan experience, we came up with the notion of creating exclusive content we're calling appisodes."

INHOUSE will feature brand-new episode-specific material each Monday coinciding with the broadcast of original episodes during this season. Features include exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes footage; photos capturing never-before-seen moments on the set; alternate music selections considered for each episode; writer selections of favorite "House-isms" specific to that episode; a video blog with HOUSE writers giving an insider's perspective on the creation of each episode's script; and a weekly giveaway that allows users the opportunity to win one-of-a-kind items featured in that episode and signed by the cast.

When the current season ends, HOUSE will continue to supply original content in the form of the weekly INHOUSE original alternative series "Nurse Jeffrey." The original three-minute weekly "appisodes," written by HOUSE staff writers and presented in an "Upstairs, Downstairs" style of storytelling, will premiere on Monday, May 24 (8/7c ET/PT). Picking up on Monday nights after the current broadcast season ends, these all-new appisodes will be available throughout the summer. The series features NURSE JEFFREY (Patrick Price), a Princeton Plainsboro nurse who will explore the world of the hospital that exists beyond the regular characters on HOUSE.

Tune in to "Lockdown," the next all-new episode of HOUSE airing tonight (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. In the episode, directed by Hugh Laurie, the disappearance of a newborn baby at Princeton Plainsboro necessitates a lockdown at the hospital, preventing anyone from entering, leaving or moving within the hospital. While House and his team members are trapped in various parts of the building, new insights about the team's personal histories, relationships and regrets surface.

This spring, all-new episodes of HOUSE air Mondays (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX, while encore episodes featuring new cast interviews air Fridays (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).

HOUSE is an innovative take on the medical drama in which the villain is a medical malady and the hero is an irreverent, controversial doctor who trusts no one, least of all his patients. The series also stars Lisa Edelstein, Robert Sean Wilson, Omar Epps, Jesse Spencer, Olivia Wilde and Peter Jacobson.

HOUSE is from Heel and Toe Films, Shore Z Productions and Bad Hat Harry Productions in association with Universal Media Studios. Katie Jacobs, David Shore, Paul Attanasio, Bryan Singer, Russel Friend, Garrett Lerner, Thomas L. Moran and Hugh Laurie are executive producers.
