A&E'S HIT REAL-LIFE SERIES "BILLY THE EXTERMINATOR" RETURNS WITH ALL NEW EPISODES TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28 AT 10 AND 10:30PM ET/PT
NEW YORK, NY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2010 - Billy and crew are back for more creepy, crawly on-the-job adventures, in the third season of A&E's hit real-life series "Billy The Exterminator." Twenty new half-hour episodes following Billy Bretherton and his family-run pest control business begin airing Tuesday, September 28 at 10 and 10:30pm ET/PT on A&E .
In season three the snakes are deadly, the gators are angry, the bees are swarming, and the critters are on the loose -- but Billy is ready for battle. Whether he's out-foxing a fox or trapping a giant wild boar, Billy comes to the rescue with humor, compassion, and a whole lot of attitude. Not even a duck blind filled with the triple threat of gators, spiders and venomous snakes is too much of a challenge for Billy and his brother Ricky. And this season, it's even more of a family affair when Donnie, dressed in high heels and Sunday best, heads out into the field with Big Bill at her side to wrangle a snake in a friend's garage.
Billy runs Vexcon, one of Louisiana's busiest pest removal companies, with the help of his brother Rick, who he describes as "just as crazy as me," his father Bill Sr., and his sassy mom Donnie who runs the office. Billy is a former US Air Force Sergeant, and a 16-year pest management veteran.
"Billy the Exterminator" averaged1.9 million total viewers, 1.0 million A18-49 and A25-54 during its second season. The series grew over its freshman year by +36% in total viewers, +14% in A18-49 and +20% with A25-54 and noted a series high in season two claiming 1.4 million in the A18-49 / A25-54 demos.
