LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC has canceled its freshman drama "Undercovers."
Network and studio sources have confirmed the Peacock won't order any additional episodes of the series, which is still expected to complete production on its original 13-episode order.
Last night's installment drew 5.85 million viewers and a 1.3 rating among adults 18-49, the latter of which tied a repeat of "Hell's Kitchen" on FOX and an original "America's Next Top Model" on The CW for third place in its Wednesday, 8:00/7:00c slot.
"Undercovers" is still on the schedule (November 10, November 17 and December 1), however beyond that remains to be determined. Six episodes have yet to air.
Bryan Burk, J.J. Abrams and Josh Reims are the executive producers for Warner Bros. Television.
