E! TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY: HOLLY MADISON

WHO IS HOLLY MADISON?

Holly, Hef, Bridget, Kendra And Holly's Family And Friends Reveal The Truth About One of Reality TV's Most Enigmatic Characters In The Upcoming E! TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY: HOLLY MADISON Set To Premiere March 30th On E!

"I definitely don't have any regrets looking back. The time spent at the mansion with Bridget and Kendra and Hef was great. It was a great experience. But I'm glad I moved on too. My destiny was to make things happen for myself and to build a career for myself." - Holly Madison

LOS ANGELES - March 15, 2011 - Holly Madison, star of the E! hit series, "Holly's World," is a reality television superstar recognized the world over, yet very few people have any idea who she really is. Behind the blonde hair and picture perfect face is a side of Madison that not many people have been privy to see. For the first time ever, Holly, and those who know her best, open up and reveal the truth about her from the early days growing up in rural Alaska to ruling Las Vegas and all of the romantic drama in-between. The E! True Hollywood Story: Holly Madison premieres on March 30 at 10:00 PM, ET/PT only on E!

Madison grew up in a very small town where a "good time" was going down to the dump to "watch the bears." Yet despite the rural setting, young Holly was full of imagination and fantasy; she would even dress up as Wonder Woman and ask the neighborhood children to address her as such. After her "grunge" period in high school - where Madison had dyed hair, a tattoo and a pierced nose - the ambitious teenager set off for Southern California with dreams of becoming a model/actress. She was eventually spotted working at Hooters and invited to the Playboy Mansion where she began her relationship with the famous mogul.

"I remember talking to [Hefner] one day and I'm like, 'I'd be a good girlfriend,' and then I was," recalls Madison in her THS. Hefner adds, "I think initially she was shy, but very focused on the relationship. Nothing else seemed to really matter." The THS reveals what life was really like for Holly living at the Playboy Mansion and how it quickly became obvious that Hef was hers and hers alone. "Holly made [that] very clear," Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett tells E!

However, despite the love Holly and Hef had for each other, cracks were beginning to form in their union: the blonde beauty wanted marriage and kids. For the first time ever Madison reveals the true details of her experience with in-vitro fertilization and the toll it took on her relationship with Hefner. The exes also open up about their painful break-up and what it was like when Holly finally moved out of the Mansion and into a relationship with Criss Angel.

While the Vegas power-couple of Criss and Holly started off hot and heavy, it eventually became clear that the romance simply wasn't going to work. "This new relationship [with Angel] was a lot more constrictive than I thought," Madison shares with E! "I was like Rapunzel trapped at the top of the Luxor but my hair extensions were not long enough to get me out of there, so I walked."

THS also reveals the truth about Holly's reaction to Hef's recent engagement. Jason Verona, Holly's manager, explains, "The press have blown it a bit out of proportion as far as how Holly actually felt about the engagement. They made it seem as if she was upset by it or angered by it, but really all she was was just concerned about whether or not Hef was making the right choice."

This E! True Hollywood Story is the most in-depth profile of the glamorous "girl next door" to date and provides anecdotes and insights about her wild life - straight from the bombshell's mouth.

THS: Holly Madison premieres on March 30 at 10:00 PM, ET/PT only on E!
