ABC to Double Up on "Happy Endings" Next Wednesday
Back-to-back episodes of the newcomer will air Wednesday, April 20 starting at 10:00/9:00c.

THE GANG TRIES TO GET MAX TO COME OUT, AND PENNY DATES A GREAT GUY WITH JUST ONE LITTLE ISSUE, ON ABC'S "HAPPY ENDINGS"

"Mein Coming Out" - The gang tries to convince Max to come out to his parents (guest stars Alan Rachins and Caroline Aaron) when the two visit Chicago and Max has to scramble yet again to get one of the ladies to pose as his girlfriend. Meanwhile Penny meets the man of her dreams, Doug. He's good looking, funny, successful . . . and he's got a rather infamous last name, on "Happy Endings," WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20 (10:30-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Note: This program was originally scheduled for April 27. It now replaces "Modern Family: Halloween."

"Happy Endings" stars Eliza Coupe as Jane, Elisha Cuthbert as Alex, Zachary Knighton as Dave, Adam Pally as Max, Damon Wayans, Jr. as Brad and Casey Wilson as Penny.

"Mein Coming Out' guest stars Greg Cromer as Doug, Alan Rachins as Howard Blum, Caroline Aaron as Pauline Blum, Nathan Barnatt as Roger and Matthew Rocheleau as the waiter.

"Mein Coming Out" was written by Gail Lerner and directed by Jeff Melman

"Happy Endings" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. This program carries a TV-PG parental guideline.
