"Grimm" Scares Up Full Season, Thursday Showcase on NBC

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC has given a full season order to its freshman series "Grimm."
The Friday, 9:00/8:00c entry is the Peacock's most-watched new drama of the season (5.75 million viewers and a 1.8 rating among adults 18-49 on average in Live + Same Day), besting both "The Playboy Club" (4.10 million viewers, 1.4 adults 18-49 rating) and "Prime Suspect" (4.91 million viewers, 1.4 adults 18-49 rating) as well as its lead-in "Chuck" (3.21 million viewers, 0.9 adults 18-49 rating).
Additionally, the network will showcase the David Giuntoli-led hour with a special original installment on Thursday, December 8 at 10:00/9:00c. Also on tap are encores on Saturday, December 17 at 8:00/7:00c and Saturday, December 31 at 8:00/7:00c and 9:00/8:00c.
