HAYLEY: WORLD'S OLDEST TEENAGER

Born with the rare genetic condition Progeria, Hayley Okines ages eight times faster than healthy people. Now 13, her body has the medical age of a 104-year-old woman. Having followed Hayley's life since she was just four years old and her condition enters a new and challenging phase. Hayley's hip joints have deteriorated so much that she must wear a metal brace all the time, even in bed at night. She is unable to attend school regularly or move about freely. Like most teenage girls Hayley is interested in Justin Bieber, shopping, looking pretty and finding a boyfriend but her body has entered the painful decline into physical old age her family has long feared. Narrating herself for the first time, Hayley is now old enough to be fully conscious of the ramifications of her condition and she is startling in her frankness. But she refuses to be beaten by it - she is determined to fulfil her dreams of becoming a beautician and, one day, finding true love. Her outlook is relentlessly positive and inspiring.

KRISTIE MILLS: LOVE ON THE TRANSPLANT LIST

The brave story of a Cystic Fibrosis sufferer as she awaits a double lung transplant. Kirstie Mills has always known that her life would be short. Born with Cystic Fibrosis, she was put onto the transplant waiting list in March 2011 and told that without new lungs, she could be dead within 6 months. As her health rapidly declined, Kirstie had to decide whether to rest and wait for the lung transplant or to live her life, however long it would last. This film follows Kirstie's extraordinary experience of living on the transplant waiting list and the realities of constant pain and endless medication. During her journey, Kirstie is rushed to hospital just three days before the wedding- will she make it down the aisle? And, more importantly, will she get the transplant she so desperately needs?
