Peek Behind The Gates Of L.A.'s Hottest Properties In The Upcoming E! News Special: A-List Listings Premiering On February 8 at 8:00 PM ET/PT

Multi-Million Dollar Mansions Bought And Sold By Celebs Including Britney Spears, Dennis Quaid, Tori Spelling And Lisa Vanderpump Are Featured In The Half-Hour Special

(Los Angeles, CA, February 2, 2012) - An in-home IMAX theater, a two-story disco, an Olympic-size swimming pool and a bathroom that sings are just some of the outrageous features highlighted in this half-hour special showcasing the most luxe and fabulous homes that have been on the market in Los Angeles. Hosted by E!'s David Burtka, cameras capture the unique designs and phenomenal amenities found on these properties. With the help of Madison Hildebrand, from Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, along with in-demand real estate agents and designers, the past and present homes of top celebrities, including Dennis Quaid, Tori Spelling, Christian Audigier and Lisa Vanderpump are explored in the E! News Special: A-List Listings premiering February 8th at 8:00PM on E!

Currently on the L.A. market for six million dollars is the former home of pop-princess Britney Spears. Perched upon a hilltop, this colossal manor boasts everything from a massive pool surrounded by scenic vistas to a personal pampering spa fit for unwinding after a long day of rehearsal. Enter the fountain-filled courtyard and guests will pass through double French doors into a Venetian style foyer surrounded by high-rise ceilings and Britney-inspired stenciled walls. Hildebrand tells E!, "these are actually crazy walls... I don't see these very often in houses. This is kind of like a leather stenciled imprint wallpaper... and this is actually a Britney touch. This wasn't here before."

In the home that respected journalist Lisa Ling shares with her husband, Dr. Paul Song, the couple takes eco-friendly to a whole new level. Designer Marco DiMaccio tells E! that because of the design of the house, "they should have no electric bill... they'll actually be paid on a monthly basis for the energy they are not using." Their emphasis on "going green" extends all the way to the lavatory. "You don't have to touch the toilet. It realizes that you're approaching, it opens, you do your business, it determines how to flush it, it cleans itself and then the lid closes by itself. It will play music, warm the seat, warm your feet. It's spectacular," DiMaccio adds.

Tori Spelling's former home might not have a musical commode, but it does have the spectacular Spelling touch. "She added all these French doors which created a lot of light. She also added a lot of color," says Hildebrand. In the special, E! viewers get a peek at the fabulous rooms where Spelling's adorable children, Liam and Stella, lived. According to Hildebrand, "Stella has got such a beautiful room and her little dainty bed and a little vintage art, and the little antique piece and her tea table."

The home of Beverly Hills "Real Housewife" supreme, Lisa Vanderpump, reportedly went for 19 million dollars when it sold in September of 2011. While still living in the home, Vanderpump, explained to E! how the ladies' room is one of her favorites in the 8,000 square foot home. "It's kind of unique and very pretty and very comfortable. I don't take it for granted."

CEO of Relativity Media and Hollywood mogul Ryan Kavanaugh's $9.5 million three level beach home is a state-of-the-art palace. Recently put up for sale, this home includes everything from rare crystals to a motorized flat panel television; the finest things money can buy. "I get the chills because it makes me feel like I could have so much fun living this life," explains Kavanaugh.

From the extravagant to the earth-conscious to the traditional, this fresh E! News Special presents viewers with an all-access pass to the most fascinating homes that celebs have bought and sold in and around the 90210. Be sure to tune-in to the "E! News Special: A-List Listings" on February 8th at 8:00 PM only on E!
