"LIVE! WITH KELLY" PARTNERS WITH FACEBOOK

Top Syndicated Talk Show Will Take Over "Celebs on Facebook" From February 22-27, 2012

KO OLINA, HI - February 20, 2012 -- On today's "LIVE! with Kelly," host Kelly Ripa announced that the top morning talk show will partner with mega social media website Facebook from February 22-27, 2012. During today's program, which originated from Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, Ko Olina, Hawaii, Ripa revealed details of the 6-day partnership, which coincides with the launch of Ripa's own new Facebook timeline.

Beginning February 22, "LIVE" will take over the popular "Celebs on Facebook" page. The page will feature exclusive behind-the-scenes content from the show, including "LIVE" on location in Hawaii this week, and the preparations for "LIVE! with Kelly's After Oscar(R) Show" (to be broadcast live on February 27 from the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center). "Celebs on Facebook" also will feature interactive award-related questions so that at-home viewers can get involved in the special show.

In addition, Facebook will provide "LIVE" with a wealth of exclusive movie-related data -- polls, trends, fascinating facts and figures -- culled from Facebook's more than 845 million users, to be featured on the show as part of the build-up to "LIVE's" after-Oscar broadcast.

Founded in 2004, Facebook's mission is to make the world more open and connected. People use Facebook to stay connected with friends and family, to discover what's going on in the world, and to share what matters to them. The company is located in Menlo Park, California.

"LIVE! with Kelly" is distributed in national syndication by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Produced by WABC-TV in New York and executive produced by Michael Gelman, "LIVE! with Kelly" airs in more than 200 markets across the U.S. Visit "LIVE" on the web at www.livewithkelly.tv, on Facebook, or follow "LIVE" on Twitter @LiveKelly.
