Super Channel Strikes "Magic City" Licensing Deal in Canada with Starz Media

New Multi-year Pact Will See Buzzworthy STARZ Original Series Starring Jeffrey Dean-Morgan, Olga Kurylenko and Danny Huston Premiere on Super Channel on Same Day as U.S. Release

Edmonton, Alberta and Burbank, Calif. - February 21, 2012 - Super Channel, Canada's only national English pay television network, is pleased to announce a multi-year licensing and programming distribution pact with Starz Media Worldwide Distribution for the eagerly anticipated upcoming STARZ Original series, "Magic City," and several other feature films.

The agreement makes Super Channel the exclusive English pay television home for "Magic City" during the life of the series and its premium television run. "Magic City" will premiere in Canada coinciding with its U.S. broadcast STARZ release April 6, 2012.

The agreement also covers more than a dozen movie titles distributed by Starz Media Worldwide Distribution including; Beautiful Boy, Happythankyoumoreplease, Kill the Irishman, Meet Monica Velour, and Sinners and Saints.
