VH1 RENEWS SKETCH COMEDY SERIES "STEVIE TV" FOR A SECOND SEASON OF HILARITY AND MISCHIEF

First Season Finale of "Stevie TV" Airs Sunday, April 22 at 11PM ET

New York, NY- April 19, 2012 -- Celebrities be warned! After a successful season sending up shows like "Mob Wives," "The Real Housewives," "Toddlers and Tiaras," and " Jersey Shore," VH1 announced today that "Stevie TV" will return for a second season of pop culture parody at the hands of sketch comedy chameleon and series star Stevie Ryan. Each episode will again be packed with Stevie's signature brand of quirk and comedy in fast-paced, irreverent sketches along with the mixed-up music videos, mashed-up movie trailers, dead-on celebrity impersonations and fake commercials that fans crave. The second season of "Stevie TV" is slated to premiere this fall on VH1.

Fans can catch Stevie Ryan and all of her crazy characters during the season one finale of "Stevie TV" airing this Sunday, April 22 at 11pm ET. Sketch highlights from the episode include Kim Zolziak's "Behind the Music," fan-favorite Katrina checking into the "Bad Girls Club" and Facebook's frightening new plan for world domination.

"We've been so impressed with Stevie's comedic talent and creativity during the first season of her irreverent take on all things celebrity and pop culture. She is a rare example of successful female humor on television, and we've proud to have her as part of the VH1 family," said Tom Calderone, President, VH1. "Fans of Stevie TV continued to grow throughout her first season, which has consistently trended nationally on Twitter since its debut."

Through comedic sketches, "Stevie TV" takes a humorous and satirical look at pop-culture events and moments from hit reality shows as well as the social blunders of celebrities. The series is created, executive produced, co-written and hosted by funny lady Stevie Ryan who was discovered through web videos featuring her dead-on impersonations of some of today's hottest personalities. Her impressions include Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Kendra Wilkinson, Lady Gaga and even VH1's own stars like the "Mob Wives" and Audrina Patridge. Whether they are grabbing headlines, trending on Twitter or just capturing America's attention, no one is off limits for Stevie's chameleon-like talent.

"Stevie TV" is executive produced by Brian Volk-Weiss, Michael Pelmont, Dan Levy, Stevie Ryan, and Darren Belitsky for New Wave Entertainment. Executive producers for VH1 are Paul Croce, Jill Holmes and Jeff Olde. The series was created by Stevie Ryan, Dan Levy and James Kirkland.
