LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- ABC has issued renewals to its two remaining dramas "Body of Proof" and "Private Practice."
The moves - confirmed via a spokesperson at the network - solidify the Alphabet's returning drama class for next season.
After a rough start in its new Tuesday, 10:00/9:00c home, "Private Practice" rallied to its most-watched telecast in more than 1-1/2 years on April 24; while "Body of Proof" wrapped its sophomore run on April 10 with its second-most-watched telecast of the season, not to mention its third straight win among women 18-49 and women 25-54.
[UPDATED! 6:23 PM] Deadline.com reports both pickups are for 13 episodes, with "Practice" potentially entering its final season.
