"The World According to Jake" - Upon hearing that he must meet with Henry's social worker during a home visit, Jake fears that an incident in his past will come to light. Meanwhile, Addison becomes
skeptical of Jake's needy patient and James continues to pursue Amelia, on "Private Practice," WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
Note: This episode was originally scheduled to air on Tuesday, November 27. It now replaces the repeat of "Nashville: Pilot" which had been scheduled.
"Private Practice" stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Benjamin Bratt as Dr. Jake Reilly, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, Brian Benben
as Dr. Sheldon Wallace, Caterina Scorsone as Dr. Amelia Shepherd, and Griffin Gluck as Mason Warner, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner.

"The World According to Jake" was written by Christopher Fife and directed by Allison Liddi Brown.
"Private Practice" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. This program carries a TV-14 parental guideline.
