BRAVO MEDIA LAUNCHES "PLAY LIVE," A GROUND-BREAKING 360 DEGREE LIVE ON-SCREEN EXPERIENCE THAT ALLOWS FANS TO INTERACT DIRECTLY WITH PROGRAMMING

Play Live Creates First-of-Its Kind Interactive Ad Experience for Advertisers

NEW YORK - Nov. 26, 2012 - Bravo Media today announced the launch of "Play Live," a first-of-its kind participatory TV experience that allows fans to play along with live, on-air Bravo content. Play Live initially debuts with special episodes of "Watch What Happens Live," starting with tonight's airing at 11 p.m. ET/PT and will extend to other Bravo programs in the coming months.

To participate, each week fans can visit bravotv.com/playlive on their mobile phones, tablets, desktops or download the Bravo Now app to play with Bravolebrities, friends and other fans to make predictions on what will happen next or to voice opinions on various topics and polls. Live voting results are shown on-air, changing in real time during the broadcast as the audience reacts to what's happening in the show. Fans can cast votes, deciding who's hot, who's not, and an array of other interactive questions customized to what's happening on screen. For example, when the experience rolls out to other Bravo programming, questions such as, 'Which chef would you choose to cook dinner for you?' or 'Who will bring the most drama this season -- the housewives...or their husbands!' could appear on screen.

"Bravo fans are passionate and engaged viewers," said Lisa Hsia, Bravo's EVP of digital. "Play Live caters to the fans by offering participation TV - a new way to enjoy a show with other fans as the broadcast unfolds live. Best of all, it's easy - there's no app to download and install. Viewers participate via URL with any device that has internet access."

Advertisers will be able to use Play Live's technology to create live interactive ads using anything from questions with poll-like functionality to providing access to e-coupon deals, across several of Bravo's high-traffic shows.

"Watch What Happens Live" airs Sundays through Thursdays live at 11 p.m. ET and is Bravo's late-night, interactive talk show that features guests from the world of entertainment, politics, and pop culture. Hosted by Andy Cohen, the series includes lively debates on everything from fashion, the latest on everyone's favorite Bravolebrities, and what celebrity is making headlines that week.

Bravo is a program service of NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, a division of NBCUniversal, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies in the development, production, and marketing of entertainment, news, and information to a global audience. Bravo has been an NBCUniversal cable network since December 2002 and was the first television service dedicated to film and the performing arts when it launched in December 1980.
