STYLE MEDIA ANNOUNCES EXPANDED 2013 DEVELOPMENT SLATE WITH +22% GROWTH IN ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING HOURS

Academy Award(R) Winner Charlize Theron to Develop Competition Series "Glam Squad" (WT) for Network as Executive Producer

Style Greenlights Three Original Series and Two Returning Series

NEW YORK - February 12, 2013 - After posting significant year-to-year gains in 2012, Style Media announced today the network's commitment to increase original programming by +22 percent, more than doubling the amount of new series to premiere in 2013. Style greenlights three original series and two returning series in addition to the previously announced and highly-anticipated first competition series "Styled to Rock," which is executive produced by and starring multi-Grammy Award winner and fashion icon Robyn Rihanna Fenty. Style also is working with Academy Award winner Charlize Theron to develop new competition series "Glam Squad" (working title), revolving around the high-stake pressure of hair stylists and make-up artists who compete to win major Hollywood assignments.

This spring, Style will premiere its first-ever live weekly topical fashion series "Pop Style" (working title), hosted by style experts Jeannie Mai and Louise Roe. Exploring the world of aspirational living, the network has ordered a reimagined version of the pop culture classic "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" and a new docu-series from real estate mogul Katrina Campins. Additionally, fan favorites "Giuliana & Bill" and "Tia & Tamera" will return for new seasons this summer.

"Continuing our momentum from 2012, Style Media has already had an impressive start to 2013 with our new and returning series," said Salaam Coleman Smith, President, Style Media. "Since fourth quarter, we have seen a huge surge in advertiser support, and we hope to continue this incredible trend with our incredible new programming slate which aims to hyper-serve our passionate audience in the fashion and stylish living space."

Style Media delivered its most-watched January ever among Women 18-49 in primetime, up a remarkable +31% and among W18-34, up +19% year-over-year, according to Nielsen. The growth was driven by the new docu-series "Big Rich Atlanta," which posted significant week-to-week gains, increasing +35% in Women 18-49 and +41% in Total Viewers. Style's returning hit docu-soap "Jerseylicious" premiered its fifth season on Monday, January 28 at 8pm ET/PT, ranking among the top 15 cable programs in its time period among W18-49.

In 2012, Style Media delivered its best upfront performance in the network's history, adding 85 new advertisers which represented a 30% year over year revenue increase. Building on last year's success, Style Media has already grown its revenue by adding 32 new advertisers since fourth quarter 2012.
