NEW YORK, March 19, 2013 -- Fans can personally bear witness to the dark and twisted comedy styling of Anthony Jeselnik, host of COMEDY CENTRAL's "The Jeselnik Offensive," this spring when he hits the road on a nationwide stand-up tour. Anthony Jeselnik: Live kicks off on Wednesday, April 24 at the Paramount Theater in Austin, TX during the Moontower Comedy Festival and travels to more than 15 cities with over 20 performances (full tour schedule at the end of this release).

Tickets for Anthony Jeselnik: Live are currently on sale. For tour info and links to purchase tickets, fans can visit www.comedycentral.com/comedy-tours and http://www.anthonyjeselnik.com/.

"The Jeselnik Offensive" features host Anthony Jeselnik as he unleashes his razor-sharp take on current shocking, dark and lurid stories in this weekly, topical series. Two panelists join Jeselnik on each show to deride pop culture and gleefully rip the veil of sanctity from off-limit topics. The series airs Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT following new episodes of "Tosh.0."

The mischievous Jeselnik, once dubbed "the Satanic prince of stand-up, a black-hearted joke slinger with a ferocious and unstoppable will to power" by the A.V. Club and "a bad man" (meant in the nicest way) by Conan O'Brien, has written for and appeared on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" and has appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," as well as "John Oliver's New York Stand-up Show." Jeselnik recently secured his reputation as the dark prince of comedy in his one-hour stand-up special for

COMEDY CENTRAL, "Anthony Jeselnik: Caligula," which premiered in January. His comedy album, "Shakespeare," was released on COMEDY CENTRAL Records in 2010 and named Comedy Album of the Year by Punchline Magazine. Jeselnik received an Emmy(R) nomination last year for Outstanding Writing For A Variety, Music or Comedy Special for COMEDY CENTRAL's "A Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert for Autism Education."

Available on-air, online and on-the-go, COMEDY CENTRAL (www.cc.com) is the #1 brand in comedy and is owned by, and is a registered trademark of, Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned unit of Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIA and VIAB).
