INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY ASKS "WHERE ARE THEY NOW?" IN UPDATE EDITION WEEK, WITH EPISODES AIRING NIGHTLY AT 8 PM BEGINNING MAY 27

(Silver Spring, MD) - After the credits roll, time marches on for the people and cases featured in Investigation Discovery's hit series, and with time comes new beginnings, enduring pain, and old habits dying hard. Victims are still tormented by the crimes they survived, family and friends of the deceased try to move past the sudden and nonsensical loss of their loved one, and the convicted carry on the fight for their freedom at parole hearings... or with a shiv. In a special week of programming by Investigation Discovery, in-house crime expert Pat LaLama provides updates to cases that have already been profiled on ID. LaLama hosts wraps at the end of each 8 PM episode to reveal what has happened since the handcuffs were locked and the victims were left to pick up the pieces. With no shortage of new relationships, break out attempts, and triumphant life changes to profile, the weeklong programming stunt is designed to give ID viewers new details on the cases that shocked, saddened, and left them curious for more information. UPDATE EDITION WEEK airs nightly at 8 PM (E/P) from Monday, May 27 - Sunday, June 2 on Investigation Discovery.

"The cases we profile on Investigation Discovery continue to develop and impact people's lives long after the show airs, as these crimes forever affect everyone involved," said Kevin Bennett, general manager of Investigation Discovery. "Our viewers constantly ask 'what happened next?' and this programming week is yet another new way for ID to keep our viewers connected to the powerful and emotional stories that we profile."

The lineup for UPDATE EDITION WEEK is as follows:

When Nina mysteriously vanished after dropping the kids off with Hans, eventually everyone caught on to the holes in his story.
