"THE TEST" PREMIERES SEPTEMBER 9TH WITH A WEEK OF LIVELY AND EXCITING SHOWS HIGHLIGHTED BY A BACK-TO-BACK DINA AND MICHAEL LOHAN EXCLUSIVE

(Los Angeles, CA -- September 6, 2013) - The new syndicated conflict resolution talker THE TEST will make its bold debut on Monday, September 9 (check local listings).

The premiere episode features a woman who accuses a man of burning down her sister's house. Then on Wednesday, September 11 and Thursday, September 12, host Kirk Fox welcomes the combative former couple Dina and Michael Lohan (parents of Lindsay Lohan), as the two attempt to hammer out their differences, together, on the same stage.

This new, hour-long weekday program will use scientific testing to settle relationship and paternity disputes among the guests, helping them finally get the resolution they are looking for. Whether it is a recent dispute or something that's been simmering for years - THE TEST will find the answers to the issues by using polygraph, DNA, pregnancy and other types of testing. The show also provides an aftercare program for guests who need help with their newfound information. Be it through family counseling, substance abuse treatment or other assistance, guests will have answers before they leave the stage.

As host, Fox ("Parks and Recreation," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall") brings a unique style and energy to the show. He is an actor, writer, producer and award-winning stand-up comedian.

THE TEST is cleared nationally, anchored by Tribune Broadcasting's 17 stations including those in the top three markets: WPIX, New York; KTLA, Los Angeles; and WGN, Chicago. Tribune is also a partner in production of the show.

THE TEST is produced by Jay McGraw's Stage 29 Productions and distributed by CBS Television Distribution. Patricia Ciano, Jay McGraw and Carla Pennington are executive producers.
