BRAVO MEDIA WINS TWO AWARDS AT THE 65TH ANNUAL CREATIVE ARTS PRIMETIME EMMY(R) AWARDS

"Inside The Actors Studio" Wins Emmy(R) Award For Outstanding Informational Series

"Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen" Earns Juried Award

NEW YORK - September 15, 2013 - Bravo Media won two awards at the 65th Annual Creative Arts Primetime Emmy(R) Ceremony tonight. After 16 nominations, "Inside the Actors Studio," hosted and executive produced by James Lipton, won the Emmy award in the new category of "Outstanding Informational Series/Special." Producers Shawn Tesser and Jeff Wurtz and executive producer Christian Barcellos also celebrated this win which tied with "Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown." Additionally, "Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen," produced by Bravo and Magical Elves, won the juried award for "Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media-Multiplatform Storytelling." The Primetime Creative Arts Emmy(R) Awards are largely dedicated to key technical disciplines and behind-the-scenes crafts essential to television production.

"It is an incredible honor to be acknowledged by the Academy for our quality content across all platforms," said Frances Berwick, President of Bravo and Oxygen Media. "After 250 critically-acclaimed episodes, 'Inside the Actors Studio' stands out as one of cable's most deserving originals for this recognition, as well as being one of the longest running."

"Sweet sixteen! The Academy has honored our school, The Actors Studio Drama School of Pace University, its students and faculty," said Lipton. "Because time is so short on the stage if you win, I could not include some of the important people who share this honor- Frances Berwick, Steve Friedman, the President of Pace University and Harvey Keitel, Al Pacino and Ellen Burstyn, the Co-Presidents of The Actors Studio."

"Inside the Actors Studio" premiered in 1994 and recently celebrated its 250th episode. The series, which features in-depth interviews with actors, directors and writers, is a masters course at the Actors Studio Drama School of Pace University. The show is produced by In The Moment productions and James Lipton serves as its executive producer.

"Last Chance Kitchen" will be back with a new season when "Top Chef" heads to New Orleans for season 11 on Wednesday, October 2 at 10PM ET/PT. Also this season, the new prequel video series "Padma's Picks" offers one New Orleans chef the opportunity to win a spot on the show.
