Hallmark Channel welcomes five-time Golden Globe(R) nominee Marilu Henner ("Taxi," "Evening Shade") as a special guest-star on the network's new Original Primetime Scripted Series, "Signed, Sealed, Delivered." The series, Created and Executive Produced by Martha Williamson, best known as the Executive Producer behind the mega-hit "Touched By An Angel" premieres Sunday, April 20, 2014 (8 pm ET/PT, 7C), in the same time slot held by "Touched by an Angel" for many years. "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" will feature Henner in a role as the Supervisor of a group of postal detectives, played by Eric Mabius ("Ugly Betty"), Kristin Booth ("The Kennedys"), Crystal Lowe ("Smallville") and Geoff Gustafson ("Primeval: New World"), who solve the mysteries behind undeliverable letters and packages from the past, delivering them when they are needed most. Other special guest stars announced so far in this first season include Valerie Harper, Della Reese and Valerie Bertinelli.

An acclaimed actress as well as a bestselling author, producer, radio and talk show host, activist and teacher, Marilu Henner has truly made herself a household name. She is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Elaine O'Connor on the sitcom "Taxi," a role that earned her five Golden Globe(R) nominations from 1979 through 1983. She went on to star in another hit TV classic, "Evening Shade," in the 1990s and has appeared in over 30 films, six Broadway shows, hosted two talk shows and had numerous guest-starring appearances on hit TV series. Her most recent credits include "Two and a Half Men," "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," "The Glades" and Hallmark Channel's "June in January." She is a New York Times bestselling author of nine books on health, parenting, memory and lifestyle improvement and currently hosts her own radio show, "The Marilu Henner Show" for Genesis Communications Network.

"Signed, Sealed, Delivered" is a compelling combination of comedy, drama and romance that follows the lives of a group of postal workers who transform themselves into an untraditional team of detectives to track down intended recipients of undeliverable mail. Their missions take them out of the office into an unpredictable world where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but somehow on time.

"Signed, Sealed, Delivered" is a Muse Entertainment production in association with MoonWater Productions. Executive Producers are Martha Williamson ("Touched by an Angel"), Joel S. Rice ("Cyberbully"), Michael Prupas ("The Kennedys") and Scott Smith ("Call Me Fitz"). Harvey Kahn ("The Haunting Hour") is the producer.
