New York, NY (April 3, 2014) - Over the past 22 years, the "MTV Movie Awards" have thrilled movie lovers with countless mega-watt celebrity appearances, blazing musical performances, over-the-top award categories, WTF fashion and show-stopping moments. To get fans hyped for this year's awards, MTV will present a countdown special, "MTV Movie Awards: Most WTF Moments," presented by T-Mobile(R) that will help viewers relive the hottest moments of the franchise. Hosted by Miles Teller (Divergent, The Spectacular Now, The Fantastic Four) and MTV's Josh Horowitz, the 30-minute retrospective will also include previously unaired director's cuts of how some of the hottest moments in Movie Awards history really went down. Capping it all off, the special will revisit some of the most popular cinematic celebrity movie spoofs from years past. The "MTV Movie Awards: Most WTF Moments" premieres Sunday, April 6 at Noon ET/PT.

Rounding out this weekend's Movie Awards-themed programming, MTV is serving up its 2nd annual "Movie Awards Weekend Brunch." Pop sensation Iggy Azalea along with MTV's Holland Roden of "Teen Wolf," Jillian Rose Reed of "Awkward" and Carly Aquilino of "Girl Code" will host the weekend-long, pre-Movie Awards dish fest on topics including this year's nominees, performers, fave movie moments and awards show style, and of course, their picks to win each category. Viewers will also get a chance to brush up on their Movie Awards trivia before the big day, as well as test their knowledge on this year's nominated films with on-air quizzes throughout the weekend. The "Movie Awards Weekend Brunch" will air throughout the day on Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Hosted by comedian and late night host Conan O'Brien, the "2014 MTV Movie Awards" will once again officially kick-off the summer blockbuster season, promising to deliver yet another epically funny, explosive, over-the-top show that features fan favorite films, actors and musicians. Confirmed presenters include Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort, Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann and Kate Upton. Academy Award(R) nominated actor and producer Mark Wahlberg will be honored with the MTV Generation Award, and fittingly be presented the award by "Entourage" cast members Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Jerry Ferrara and Kevin Dillon. This will mark the first public reunion for the cast ahead of their highly anticipated movie release in June 2015.

Voting for Movie of the Year will continue throughout the live broadcast of the show.

Dave Sirulnick and Ryan Kroft serve as Executive Producers for the "MTV Movie Awards: Most WTF Moments" with Will Coss as Supervising Producer and Simone Hilliard and Chelsea White as Producers.

Jenny Slater and Andrew Portnoy serve as the Executive Producers for the "Movie Awards Weekend Brunch" with Robert Mancke as the Supervising Producer and Matthew Parillo as Executive in Charge for MTV.
