ELECTUS INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES VIACOM'S BELLATOR MMA(TM) FOR INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION

Los Angeles, CA (October 6, 2014) -- Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI) today announces that Electus International has acquired international rights to distribute Bellator MMA(TM).
