LUMEN (TNT; W: Chris Black; D: Joe Johnson) - Sam Jaeger ("Parenthood") has been tapped for the lead role on the drama pilot, about "a family of four who finds themselves transported to the mystical alternate world inspired by the work of a missing author's best-selling series of fantasy books." He will play Michael Hartman, "the stepfather of 16-year-old Charlie whose obsession with finding the author thrusts his family into the surreal world of Lumen. Michael, a widower now married to Charlie's mother and the father of a rebellious teenage daughter, is challenged with trying to keep his family together as they confront the amazing but dangerous reality of Lumen."
