Electus International to Distribute ITV's "Bear Grylls: Mission Survive" Globally

ELECTUS INTERNATIONAL TO DISTRIBUTE ITV'S "BEAR GRYLLS: MISSION SURVIVE" GLOBALLY

Los Angeles, CA (February 11, 2015) - Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI), today announces that through its co-production partnership with betty and Bear Grylls Ventures, it will handle global distribution of ITV's new series, Bear Grylls: Mission Survive. The six episode series, premiering in the UK on February 20, 2015, is produced by Bear Grylls Ventures, Electus, and betty.

Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, features six, hour-long episodes set in the rainforest of Costa Rica, and follows eight celebrities as they compete in a tough 12-day expedition where they are tasked with daily survival missions. Participants include actors and cousins, Emilia Fox and Laurence Fox, singer and actor, Max George, Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes, TV presenter and singer Jamelia, comedian and actor, Tom Rosenthal, DJ, model and presenter Vogue Williams, and former England International rugby star, Mike Tindall.

Grylls will be joined by survival expert, Megan Hines, and former commando, Scott Heffield, who will keep an eye on the celebrities as they are tested at every turn on the fundamental principles of survival. Grylls will eliminate one celebrity in every episode, leaving three finalists to battle for the crown of Mission Survivor.
