New York, NY, April 7, 2015 -HISTORY(R) announces the kick-off of Civil War Week across digital platforms - a multi week campaign commemorating the 150th anniversaries of the end of the American Civil War and the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln. Beginning Wednesday, April 8th, HISTORY(R) Digital will produce a series of original articles offering a unique view of these two seminal events, and will release an updated version of its award-wining The Civil War Today iPad app, featuring more than four years of daily Civil War content.
