CHICAGO, IL (April 24, 2015) -- "Steve Harvey," the Emmy Award-winning daytime show with comedian, radio mogul and best-selling author Steve Harvey at the helm, will celebrate the 500th episode of the nationally syndicated hit show on MONDAY, APRIL 27. The milestone will be commemorated with an episode full of surprises, as Steve Harvey takes a walk down memory lane and updates viewers on some of the show's most memorable guests. Members of the studio audience will get the opportunity of a lifetime, as each day April 27 - May 1, one lucky person will be chosen to step into the "Steve Harvey Money Booth" and will be given 20 seconds to collect as much cash as they can. Throughout the week, the show is giving away up to a quarter of a million dollars in cash and prizes!

Since debuting in 2012, both the show and host have received several prestigious accolades including a People's Choice Award, multiple NAACP Image Awards and an Emmy Award in 2014 for Outstanding Talk Show/Informative. "Steve Harvey" is once again nominated in the categories of Outstanding Host and Show for this year's Emmys, which will be awarded on April 26.

This season, an average of 2.6 million viewers tune-in daily, which is a +5% increase vs. 2013-14's season performance and a +36% increase vs. 2012-13's premiere season. The show delivered double, and in some cases, triple digit growth in household ratings over its lead-in in New York (+55% WNBC 3pm), Los Angeles (+63% KNBC 3pm), Chicago (+118% WMAQ 2pm), Philadelphia (+73% WCAU 2pm), Dallas (+70% KXAS 2PM), Washington DC (+129% WRC 2pm), Atlanta (+60% WAGA 3pm), and Houston (+33% KRIV 3pm) for the recently completed February 2015 sweep.
