Discovery Family Channel's all-new original series, LOST AND FOUND (wt), produced by Leftfield Pictures, features the work of "professional finders" who help people do just that. Mike Schario and Jesse Brown own Finders Keepers, a Sugar Creek, Ohio "weird-tique" shop filled to the brim with pop culture memorabilia from the past 50 years - and on the side are also veritable treasure hunters hired to track down long lost, but much loved, items. LOST AND FOUND will debut in November 2015 on Discovery Family Channel, as part of PROJECT THANK YOU, the network's month-long campaign to encourage and empower viewers to express their gratitude to the people in their lives who have made a difference. Born to be finders, best friends Mike and Jesse each grew up with a keen talent for finding lost objects - Mike worked alongside his uncle at the Cleveland Municipal Stadium's lost and found department, while Jesse would hide and search for buried treasures in his grandmother's backyard. Coworkers and friends for several years - and with their mutual interest discovered - the two opened Finders Keepers in 2012. In this eight-part series, Mike and Jesse leave no stone unturned as they take their expertise on the road to help families across America find a lost or significant personal item for the purpose of saying thank you to the influential people in their lives. LOST AND FOUND follows Mike and Jesse as they go to extremes to help families show gratitude, provide closure, and bring back cherished memories. Among the stories featured in LOST AND FOUND:

· 89-year-old Verner is a decorated World War II veteran from Washington State. Vern was honored with a Bronze Star Medal for his bravery after saving a comrade in battle - but missed his ceremony due to illness. 70 years later, his family wants to make this the most special Memorial Day for their father by recreating the Medal ceremony, and by teaming up with Mike and Jesse to track down a cherished lost relic - a Japanese Peace Flag signed by Vern and members of his infantry. ? Joe had his share of tough breaks, so when he realized he could give back by helping disadvantaged kids overcome challenges in their lives, he became a foster parent - to 17 children, in addition to his two biological children. Now, two of his children have enlisted Mike and Jesse's help to find Joe's father's antique watch to thank him for giving them a second chance at life and at having the family they never had.

· 29-year-old Zach is a Filipino immigrant and a beloved member of the Chattanooga antiquing community. Zach's godmother had an old Coca-Cola wall clock hanging on the wall of her laundromat in Chickamauga, Georgia until it was auctioned off after she passed away. Zach handled the transaction and was heartbroken to lose his only tangible connection to his family in the United States. Now, his boss and good friend Mack asks Mike and Jesse to find the clock - and bring it back where it belongs. LOST AND FOUND will air as part of Discovery Family's multi-platform campaign, PROJECT THANK YOU. This November, Discovery Family Channel will showcase the best and most touching stories of families, friends and strangers getting the chance to say 'thank you' to the people who changed their lives - from parents, to teachers, to the crossing guard you see every day.
