HAUNTED (FOX, New!) - Writer/director William Brent Bell (The Devil Inside) has sold a new drama to the network loosely based on Bob Cranmer's book "The Demon of Brownsville Road," about "a military agent who is partnered with her ex-boyfriend, now a rogue demonologist, to help a family overcome a deadly demonic infestation of their home." Chris Morgan and Ainsley Davies also serve as executive producers for 20th Century Fox Television with Lisa Arianna as a producer. (Deadline.com)
HYPE (TBS, New!) - "Trainspotting" author Irvine Welsh has set up a gritty half-hour comedy at the cable channel "set in the world of the Miami art scene." Trevor Engelson of Underground and Doug Banker of Five All In The Fifth Entertainment are also on board to executive produce. (Deadline.com)
