ACCIDENTES (ABC, New!) - Mark Perez (Accepted) has sold a potential comedy to the Alphabet about "a disgraced Wall Street lawyer who had distanced himself from his Latino roots and goes back home to work at his family's strip-mall law firm in the heart of Little Havana." Eric Tannenbaum and Kim Tannenbaum also serve as executive producers via their CBS Television Studios-based The Tannenbaum Company. (Deadline.com)


CODE, THE (FOX, New!) - "Justified" alums Graham Yost, Fred Golan and Michael Dinner are set to re-team for a new drama at the network which "tells the story of two very different brothers, a journalist and a hacker, who unearth information that those at the highest levels of political power will kill to keep secret." The project, to be penned by Yost and Golan with Dinner directing, is based on the Australian series of the same name and has a penalty attached. Sony Pictures Television is producing alongside Playmaker Media, Nemo Films, Rooney McP. Productions, Me2U Productions and DCD Rights. (Deadline.com)


FAMOUS IN LOVE (ABC Family/WHT; W: I. Marlene King & Rebecca Serle; D: Miguel Arteta) - Ana Mulvoy-Ten (Vanity) has joined the cast of the drama pilot, which stars Bella Thorne as Paige, an ordinary college student who gets her big break after auditioning for the starring role in a Hollywood blockbuster. She'll play Dakota, "talented, confident and charming, she is up for the same role as Alexis (Niki Koss) and Paige." Carter Jenkins, Georgie Flores, Jesse Henderson, Keith Powers, Mark Valley, Pepi Sonuga and Perrey Reeves also star. (Deadline.com)


THROUGH MY EYES (FOX, New!) - Joel Wyman ("Almost Human") is back in business with the network for a new drama which "follows the investigation of the mysterious death of a school girl with each episode is told through the eyes of a different character." Fox 21 Television Studios is behind the hour, which is based on the Russian series of the same name. Lawrence Bender and Kevin Brown of Bender Brown Productions, original series co-creator Zaur Bolotaev and East 2 West Entertainment's Alex Reznik will also executive produce. (Deadline.com)


TRANSYLVANIA (The CW, New!) - Hugh Sterbakov (Hell and Back) has sold a new drama to the netlet set in 1880 about "a headstrong young woman in search of her missing father ventures from NYC to Transylvania where she teams up with a wrongfully disgraced Scotland Yard Detective, and together they witness the births of the most famous monsters and villains in history." Jeff Pinkner, Josh Appelbaum, Andre Nemec and Scott Rosenberg are also on board to executive produce via their Midnight Radio banner for CBS Television Studios. (Deadline.com)
