VH1 to Honor the Late Prince Beginning Thursday, April 21st

VH1's Sway Will Gather Tributes From Fans and Fellow Artists

NEW YORK, NY (April 21, 2016) - VH1 announced today the on-air plans to pay tribute to the late mega-star, Prince. Beginning today at 5:30 PM ET, Prince's iconic movie, "Purple Rain," will kick of a weekend long marathon. Immediately following the first airing of "Purple Rain," the network will air a block of his most memorable music videos. Throughout the following days, VH1's Sway will host news updates with artists' memories and fan reactions.
